Arrival Notification
Our friendly crew will send you a text alert about an hour before they arrive. You don’t need to be home, but you will need to ensure easy access to your yard and secure any aggressive pets. This approach keeps our visit seamless and efficient for everyone involved.
Cleaning Your Yard
When our professional pooper scooper shows up, they’ll follow a carefully planned route to collect every bit of dog waste. By walking your yard multiple times, we make sure no spot is missed and you’re left with a truly pristine space.
Safety Procedures
After your yard is cleared of dog poop, our technician will snap a photo of your closed gate latch, confirming it’s securely shut so no pups wander off. Then they’ll disinfect all scooping tools as well as shoes with an organic, kennel-grade solution, helping prevent germs from spreading and keeping other dogs safe.
Pet Waste Disposal
We will double-bag the waste and place it in your trash bin. If you don’t have a trash bin in certain areas, we’ll leave the sealed waste neatly beside your home. This ensures proper handling and compliance with local rules.

Do I have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services?
There are no contracts! You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time by updating your subscription in the customer portal or by giving us a call!
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes! We love dogs and would love to have a friend to keep us company while we work. We simply ask that if your dog is not comfortable with us, that you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog shows aggression, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
How do you ensure the safety and health of my dog?
The safety of our clients, their dogs, and our pooper scoopers is a top priority for us. To ensure all dogs are safe and stay healthy, we clean all of our equipment and shoes between each service with kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take photos of your closed gate when we leave and send them to you, so that you know your pups will stay safe at home.
Do you provide arrival windows for service?
We cannot provide arrival windows as to keep our route as efficient as possible and keep costs low, but we will send you an alert within 60 minutes of our pooper scooper technician's arrival.
How do you dispose of pet waste after each cleanup?
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. We double bag the waste with scented garbage bags to disable odor and place it in your trash can. If the trash can is full, we will lay the waste bag neatly at the side of your house.
